Return & Exchange Policy

At Einora Jewel, every piece of jewellery is crafted with exceptional care, precision, and timeless elegance. We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If, however, your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and hassle-free return, refund, and exchange process.
This policy applies to all purchases made through the Einora Jewel website.
1. 15-Day Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.
You may request a return if:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- You received an incorrect product.
- The delivered product does not match your order.
- The jewellery is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be in its original condition without any signs of wear.
- Be returned with the original packaging.
- Include the original invoice, product tags, and authenticity certificates (if applicable).
- Not have been resized, altered, repaired, or tampered with.
All returned products are subject to a quality inspection. Once approved, the refund or exchange process will be initiated.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or engraved jewellery
- Personalized products
- Made-to-order jewellery
- Gold or silver coins and bullion products
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Earrings and nose pins that have been worn after delivery due to hygiene reasons
Einora Jewel reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
3. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Customers may exchange their jewellery for:
- Another product of equal or higher value
- Store credit (subject to approval by Einora Jewel)
If the selected replacement product has a higher value, the customer must pay the applicable price difference, taxes, and any additional charges before the exchange is processed.
Exchanged products are also subject to quality inspection before approval.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving the customer’s bank account details.
Refund Timeline
- Product Quality Inspection: 7–10 working days
- Refund Processing: 25–30 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Shipping charges, gift wrapping charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Einora Jewel.
5. Return Pickup & Shipping
For eligible returns within India:
- Return pickup may be arranged by Einora Jewel where pickup services are available.
- In locations where pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to securely self-ship the product.
We recommend:
- Using an insured and trackable courier service.
- Sharing the shipment tracking details with our customer support team.
Einora Jewel shall not be responsible for products that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit when shipped independently by the customer.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Share clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the issue.
- Provide your order number and purchase details.
After verification, Einora Jewel will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Jewellery Care & Product Condition
Returns, exchanges, or refunds may not be accepted for jewellery affected by:
- Physical or accidental damage
- Improper storage
- Exposure to water, moisture, perfumes, cosmetics, or chemicals
- Unauthorized repair, modification, or resizing
Normal wear and tear occurring through regular use is not considered a manufacturing defect.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted, and the Return Policy will apply instead.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

At Einora Jewel, we believe that fine jewellery deserves lasting care and attention.

Service charges may apply depending on the product’s condition, warranty status, and the type of service requested.
